Universe is designed around a permanent Event Producer-controlled operating-company structure. Qualified participating EPs collectively, as a class, are intended to hold 60% of the ownership and voting authority. No individual Event Producer owns or controls 60%.

The Universe team first evaluates commercial and operational fit. Approved organizations may be invited to discuss qualifier operations, technology, standards and ecosystem participation. The public application is not an application for securities.

It is where qualified Event Producers make governing decisions, including budget approvals and venue and location bid approvals, and attend educational sessions designed to help grow their business. Dates and location will be announced.

More than 70 events are participating in the Universe launch network. Individual Event Producer names are published only when approved for public identification.

Founders Producer is the official recognition for first-year Event Producers who join Universe, including the 2027–2028 badge. It is a commercial program designation, provides additional benefits within the Universe ecosystem for qualifying EPs, and does not itself confer founder, shareholder or investment status.

Authorized Bid Producer is the official recognition for Event Producers approved to award Universe bids. Event producers will be provided a license to use the official Bid Producer seal in their marketing materials should they provide bids to the Universe Allstar Championships.

Teams will qualify through official Universe Allstar Qualifying events and any additional approved events that are providing bids to the Universe Allstar Championships. The qualifier directory will list approved events when they are published.

Universe is designed around a unified scoring system that allows teams to bring routines from multiple industry governing score sheets. Official scoring references will be published on the Teams & Gyms page soon.

No. Universe opens the championship with a first-night party and concert so athletes and families can attend together. The awards ceremony is on the last day of the championship at the division level.
