Venue & Spectator Policies

All guests and bags are subject to security screening upon entry.

Spectators are encouraged to bring only essential items in a small personal bag, preferably no larger than 12" x 12" x 6". Clear bags are encouraged but not required.

Oversized backpacks, luggage, duffel bags, coolers, and similar items are not permitted in spectator seating areas. Exceptions are made for medically necessary items and essential childcare supplies, subject to inspection.

Credentialed athletes and coaches may bring team backpacks and equipment bags into designated team areas.

All spectators must have a valid admission ticket to enter the championship venue.

Upon initial entry, spectators will receive an official event wristband.

Athletes, coaches, and authorized personnel must display their official event credentials when entering designated areas.

• Wristbands must remain securely attached throughout the day.
• Same-day re-entry is permitted with a valid, intact wristband.
• Wristbands may not be shared, transferred, or removed.
• Lost, removed, or damaged wristbands may require proof of purchase and a replacement fee.
• Multi-day admission passes require the appropriate wristband or credential for each applicable day.

We encourage families and fans to capture special championship memories.

Personal photography and video recording are permitted from designated spectator areas using smartphones, tablets, and small personal cameras.

The following restrictions apply:

• Flash photography is prohibited during performances.
• Professional cameras with detachable lenses exceeding 70mm are prohibited without media credentials.
• Tripods, monopods, lighting equipment, and drones are prohibited.
• Photography and recording in warm-up areas, backstage, and other restricted locations are prohibited without authorization.
• Unauthorized commercial photography, video production, and resale of event footage are prohibited.
• Unauthorized livestreaming or rebroadcasting of championship performances is prohibited.
• Short personal videos and social media clips are welcome, provided they do not violate music copyrights or other applicable rights.

Universe reserves all official event photography, videography, broadcasting, and commercial media rights.

Outside food, beverages, and coolers are not permitted inside the championship venues.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase from on-site concessions.

Exceptions may be made for medically necessary food, beverages, and infant feeding supplies, subject to security inspection.

Athletes and coaches should follow the hydration and food guidelines provided for designated team areas.

Universe Allstar Championships is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests.

Both championship venues offer accessible facilities and seating.

Guests requiring wheelchair-accessible seating, mobility assistance, or other reasonable accommodations are encouraged to contact our event team in advance.

Mobility devices used by guests with disabilities are permitted.

Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable ADA requirements.

Universe Allstar Championships — Virginia Beach Sports Center: strollers and wagons are not permitted inside the facility.

Universe Allstar Prep & Rec Championships — Sevierville Convention Center: collapsible strollers are permitted in designated public areas, provided they do not obstruct aisles, exits, seating, or pedestrian traffic.

Strollers may be required to be folded or relocated at the direction of event staff.

Wagons are not permitted.

Outside folding chairs, sporting chairs, portable bleacher chairs with frames, and other personal seating equipment are prohibited.

Small seat cushions without rigid frames or legs may be permitted.

We love enthusiastic fans and encourage everyone to cheer loudly for their favorite teams.

However, the following items are prohibited:

• Air horns, bullhorns, whistles, and megaphones.
• Amplified or electronic noisemakers.
• Confetti, loose glitter, and streamers intended for release.
• Fireworks, smoke devices, and pyrotechnics.
• Helium balloons and other items that may interfere with performances or venue operations.

Clapping, cheering, and positive team spirit are always encouraged.

For athlete safety and competition integrity, access to designated team areas is restricted.

Only credentialed athletes, coaches, authorized program personnel, and event staff may enter:

• Warm-up areas.
• Backstage and athlete holding areas.
• Competition staging areas.
• Judging and scoring areas.
• Production and other restricted operational areas.

Spectator admission does not include access to these locations.

Credentials are non-transferable and must be presented upon request.

Spectator seating is general admission unless otherwise designated.

Guests must keep aisles, stairs, emergency exits, and accessible seating areas clear at all times.

Saving excessive numbers of seats with personal belongings is not permitted.

Where designated, Universe may provide priority viewing areas that allow families and supporters to move closer to the competition floor during their team's performance.

Guests using these areas must exit promptly following their team's routine to allow the next team's supporters to enjoy the same experience.

Please follow event staff instructions to ensure smooth transitions.

Pets are not permitted inside championship venues.

Trained service dogs assisting individuals with disabilities are welcome in accordance with the ADA.

Emotional-support animals and pets that do not qualify as service animals are not permitted.

Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use are prohibited inside championship facilities.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas where available.

At the Sevierville Convention Center, smoking must occur in designated areas at least 25 feet from building entrances.

For everyone's safety, the following items are prohibited:

• Firearms and weapons of any kind.
• Explosives, fireworks, and hazardous materials.
• Illegal drugs and controlled substances not lawfully possessed.
• Drones and unauthorized remote-controlled devices.
• Laser pointers.
• Any item deemed dangerous or disruptive by event security or venue management.

Guests possessing prohibited items may be denied entry or removed from the venue.

Universe Allstar Championships celebrates athletic excellence, teamwork, and positive sportsmanship.

We expect all athletes, coaches, families, and spectators to treat one another with respect.

The following behaviors will not be tolerated:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation.
• Abusive or discriminatory language.
• Physical altercations or aggressive behavior.
• Interference with competition operations, judges, or event staff.
• Excessive intoxication or disorderly conduct.
• Unauthorized solicitation, vending, or commercial activity.

Guests engaging in inappropriate or unsafe conduct may be removed from the venue without refund.

Cheer loud. Support everyone. Celebrate the athletes.

Handheld team signs and banners are welcome.

Signs must:

• Be appropriate and family-friendly.
• Not obstruct the view of other spectators.
• Not contain rigid poles, sticks, or dangerous attachments.
• Not be attached to venue walls, railings, or fixtures without authorization.

Balloons, confetti, and other items intended for release are prohibited.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Universe Allstar Championships and the championship venues are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended property.

Lost items may be turned in to the designated event information desk or venue lost-and-found location.

Please do not leave personal belongings unattended.

By attending Universe Allstar Championships, guests acknowledge that photography, video recording, and live broadcasting may occur throughout the event.

Attendees grant Universe Allstar Championships permission to use their image, likeness, and voice as captured incidentally in event photography, video, broadcasts, promotional materials, and related media, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Universe Allstar Championships reserves the right to establish and enforce reasonable event policies necessary to protect athlete safety, competition integrity, and the overall guest experience.

Guests are expected to follow instructions from event personnel, security staff, and venue management.

Venue-specific safety and security requirements will apply where necessary.
